We have assisted Vendus in three separate acquisitions of grocery retail properties

We have assisted Vendus Sweden AB (publ) in three separate acquisitions of grocery retail properties, with an aggregate property value of MSEK 170. The acquisitions concern properties located in Degerfors, Stora Höga (Stenungsund) and Ullared (Falkenberg). The main tenants on the properties are ICA and Axfood.

Through these acquisitions, Vendus is halfway towards reaching their goal of a property portfolio with an aggregate property value MSEK 6,000.
