TM & Partners has assisted Öresunds Industrihus in connection with the acquisitions of two properties in Helsingborg, through two separate off-market transactions.

The properties are located in Berga’s industrial area and Väla Södra respectively. They comprise a total of approximately 6,000 square metres of commercial premises and approximately 15,000 square metres of land. The properties are currently partially let and have significant development potential. The acquisitions further strengthen Öresundshus Industrihus’ presence in the Öresund region, focusing on the development of existing warehouse and light industrial premises.
