TM & Partners has assisted Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) in connection with two separate acquisitions of daily goods properties in Enköping and Ludvika, with a total lettable area of 2,100 sq. m. and 4,400 sq.m., respectively. The anchor tenant in both properties is the daily-goods chain Axfood.
