TM & Partners has assisted Svenska Spel in connection with the sale of Kasinohuset in Stockholm city centre

TM & Partners has assisted Svenska Spel in connection with the sale of the property Stockholm Hasseln 1 (Kasinohuset), near the corner of Kungsgatan and Vasagatan in Stockholm city centre. The property, which is acquired by Alecta Fastigheter AB, is heritage-listed, but there are development opportunities. The floor space is 5,300 square metres, most of which has been casino space. Closing is expected to take place on 3 March 2026.
