We have assisted Europa Capital and NCAP in the sale of a newly refurbished office building in central Stockholm
We have advised Europa Capital, which since its formation in 1999 has completed over 150 transactions corresponding to more than €12.5 billion across 21 European countries, and NCAP, a specialist Nordic Real Estate Investment and Asset Management Company, in their sale of the newly refurbished office property Stockholm Brädstapeln 13, to KPA Pension (part of the Folksam group).
The sale follows the signing of the most recent office letting at the building in December 2023 with Ekonomistyrningsverket (ESV), the Swedish National Financial Management Authority, taking the overall occupancy rate to 95%. In addition to ESV, lettings to the following tenants have been carried out during recent years: Foodora, Bröd & Salt, SATS, Svevia, Svensk Exportkredit, F&H Group of Scandinavia and Groth & Co.
Europa Capital acquired the property in July 2019, the property was vacated in 2020 and Europa Capital’s refurbishment program was completed the following year after which letting to tenants began. This includes the creation of an additional 1,409 sqm of lettable space.
