TM & Partners advised Slussgården in connection with the development and lease of a rooftop restaurant to Stureplansgruppen
At Hornsgatan 20 in Stockholm, Slussgården has added an additional storey to the existing 12-storey Överkikaren property. The extension provides space for a rooftop restaurant with a large adjoining terrace. The restaurant and rooftop terrace have been leased to Stureplansgruppen, marking the group’s first restaurant on Södermalm in Stockholm. The restaurant, named Freyja, opened on 13 March 2023.
TM & Partners advised Slussgården in connection with the project, including the preparation and negotiation of agreements with Stureplansgruppen relating to the development and lease of the premises.
