TM & Partners has assisted Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) in connection with two separate acquisitions and one sale of daily goods properties. The acquired properties are located in Bollnäs and Habo, Sweden, and have a total lettable area of approx. 5,700 sq.m. The anchor tenants are Willys and ICA. The sale relates to a Coop grocery store in Ängelholm, with a lettable area of approximately 800 sq.m. However, Coop has no operations in the premises today.
