TM & Partners has assisted Magnolia in an acquisition of project property from Kilenkrysset

TM & Partners has assisted Magnolia Bostad in an indirect acquisition of parts of the property Kungsängen-Tibble 1:478, located in Upplands-Bro, from Kilenkrysset. Magnolia Bostad intends to develop approximately 400 housing units comprising a total of 43,000 sq.m. BTA, and thereby achieving a mixed area with housing units, small houses, and a preschool. The acquisition is conditional upon the zoning plan becoming legally binding, which is expected to take place during 2022. For more information, please see press release.
