Törngren Magnell has assisted Humlegården Fastigheter in a unique purchase in Stockholm CBD

Törngren Magnell has assisted Humlegården Fastigheter in the purchase of the office properties Landbyska verket 8 and 9 in Stockholm CBD. The properties comprise 12,000 sq. m. with prime location allocated between two buildings from 1915 and 1981. As a result of the purchase, Humlegården strengthens its position as one of the largest owners of office properties in Stockholm CBD. For more information, please see press release.
