Törngren Magnell has assisted KF Fastigheter in the formation of a new joint venture with Balder regarding development of a new city district in Kungens Kurva

KF Fastigheter has chosen Balder as a new partner and fifty per cent owner of the joint venture company which will develop Kungens Kurva into a completely new city district of about 3,500 homes, schools, commercial centres and care facilities.

Törngren Magnell’s team consisted of partner Natalie Bretz assisted by Philip Reznik and Catharina Danielsson.
