Törngren Magnell has advised Arwidsro in its purchase of Norrtälje Torn Kvarter 4 AB

Törngren Magnell has advised Arwidsro Samhällsfastigheter AB in its purchase of project Magasinet, located in Norrtälje. The project consists of 80 senior living apartments with Humana as the operator, a parking garage and three commercial premises on ground level. The project is expected to be completed in the spring 2021. The transformation of the area is Norrtälje’s largest urban development project ever. The seller is Index Residence.
