Törngren Magnell assisted in the sale of Chargestorm AB

Törngren Magnell has advised the sellers in connection with the sale of ChargeStorm AB, developer and manufacturer of products and systems for charging of electric vehicles, to CTEK Sweden AB, global leader of maintenance of vehicle batteries. The acquisition enables CTEK Sweden AB to step into the electric vehicles market and become a leading player on this fast expending market.

Törngren Magnell’s team was led by Niclas Högström (Partner) and was assisted by Anna Bjurell (Senior Associate), Mikael Ahlberg (Associate) and Sofia Lindh (Associate).
