Mikael Ahlberg

Mikael is a Counsel in the firm’s M&A department and works with transactions in private M&A, corporate law matters and general contract law. Mikael has broad experience from assisting domestic and international PE firms, other financial investors and corporate clients across a range of industries in connection with acquisitions, divestments and investments as well as in complex corporate law matters. In addition to transaction related experience, Mikael has unique expertise and experience in matters related to cooperative economic associations.
