Adrian specialises in Debt Capital Markets, with a particular focus on high-yield bonds. He has extensive experience in the Swedish bond market and in Nordic and international debt financing transactions. He advises issuers and arrangers on debt issuances and refinancings, including issuances under bond programmes. He also advises bondholders, agents and issuers on amendments to bond terms and bond restructurings.

Adrian previously practised at one of Sweden’s leading business law firms, where he gained in-depth knowledge of the bond market and its key participants.

TM & Partners advises Arwidsro on green bond issue and tender offer

TM & Partners has advised Arwidsro Fastighets AB in connection with the issue of new senior unsecured green bonds in an initial amount of SEK 400 million under a SEK 600 million framework. The bonds have a tenor of 3.25 years and bear interest at a rate of 3-month STIBOR plus 325 basis points. In connection with the bond issue, Arwidsro also conducted a tender offer for certain outstanding bonds.

Arwidsro will apply for admission to trading of the new bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm’s Sustainable Bond List.

DNB Carnegie Investment Bank AB (publ) and SB1 Markets, Sweden Branch acted as arrangers and joint bookrunners for the bond issue and as dealer managers for the tender offer.
