Törngren Magnell has advised SaltX Technology Holding AB (publ) in connection with its rights issue of MSEK 100

Törngren Magnell has advised SaltX Technology Holding AB (publ) with the company’s rights issue of MSEK 100. The share issue was oversubscribed with close to MSEK 49. SaltX Technology is listed on Nasdaq First North.

‘’The interest has been great for the rights issue. Through the capital allocated to SaltX Technology, we can increase our focus and speed up the development of our newly established business area for large scale energy storage – EnerStore. The interest amongst energy companies is greater than we dared to hope for”, says Karl Bohman, CEO of SaltX Technology, in a press release.

Törngren Magnell’s team included Johan Wigh (Partner), Sandra Broneus (Partner), Viktor Olsson (Senior Associate) and John Park (Associate).
