TM & Partners has assisted Pelican Self Storage in the purchase of a new site outside Stockholm

Törngren Magnell & Partners has assisted Pelican Self Storage in the purchase of a new site in Järfälla, outside Stockholm. The new site comprises approx. 800 storage units spread over 7,000 sq. m. The establishment of the new site is a part of a major Nordic expansion plan which shall result in a doubling of the number of sites to 60 sites until 2027.
