TM & Partners has assisted OBOS in the acquisition of an attractive project property in a Stockholm suburb

TM & Partners has assisted OBOS in the acquisition of building rights at Träkvista Torg on Ekerö, a suburb to Stockholm, from TryggHem. The acquisition is part of OBOS’ continued expansion in Sweden and encompasses building rights which allows for the development of approximately 130 apartments in various sizes with construction planned to start in autumn 2022.
