We have assisted PHM Sweden AB (“PHM”) with the acquisition of the Bredablick group (“Bredablick”). Bredablick is one of the top operators within technical and financial management of residential real estate and facility services in Sweden. The acquisition strengthens PHM’s position in Sweden as a national operator with extensive expertise and experience in the financial management, maintenance and technical management of residential properties.

PHM operates in about 70 locations in Sweden from north to south, via its 26 local and independent subsidiaries and circa 1,300 employees. With the acquisition of Bredablick, the number of PHM employees in Sweden will be close to 2 000.
Bredablick was founded in 2009 and has grown into one of the market leaders in Sweden. Bredablick’s services include various services related to technical and financial management of residential real estate as well as facility services.

TM & Partners has assisted Venandi Fastigheter in the development and divestment of a property portfolio to an underlying property value of MSEK 2,000

TM & Partners has assisted Venandi Fastigheter in the development and divestment of a property portfolio consisting of 37 properties with an underlying property value of MSEK 2,000. The portfolio has a main orientation towards grocery retail, to some extent complemented with low-cost retail and housing. TM & Partners has been Venandi Fastigheter’s legal advisor in connection to more than 20 acquisitions, concerning both single properties and larger portfolios, and has further assisted Venandi Fastigheter in connection to the divestment of the portfolio to Vendus, a company established by Carnegie, Venandi Fastigheter and MEL & ME Fastighet. TM & Partners has assisted Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) in connection with the acquisition of a real estate with a grocery store completed during 2020, and a building under construction containing social services, in South of Sweden for EUR 15.7m. TM & Partners has assisted Cibus Nordic Real Estate in connection with two acquisitions

TM & Partners has assisted Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) in connection with two separate acquisitions.

Cibus has acquired Charlottenberg trade park from från Concilia Retail Property AS and Skips AS Tudor. The trade park is located approx. 6 km from the Norwegian border with tenants such as ICA Sverige and Lidl. The purchase price amounts to EUR 28.3m. For more information, please see press release.

Cibus has also acquired a grocery store under construction in the Gothenburg area, with Willys as the sole tenant. The purchase price amounts to EUR 11.5m. For more information, please see press release.

TM & Partners has assisted OBOS in the creation of a project development company with Åke Sundvall

TM & Partners has assisted OBOS in the creation of a project development company with Åke Sundvall regarding the development and sale of 160 residential units and townhouses in Barkarbystaden, a suburb to Stockholm. TM & Partners has assisted OBOS in concluding a letter of intent for a unique urban development project in Skeppsbron, next to the Göta Canal in central Gotherburg

TM & Partners has assisted OBOS in concluding a letter of intent with AF Gruppen according to which the parties shall carry out a unique urban development project in Skeppsbron, next to the Göta Canal in central Gothenburg. OBOS will create a joint venture company with AF Gruppen and together carry out the development of Skeppsbron, which comprises around 125 condominium apartments. TM & Partners has assisted OBOS in the acquisition of an attractive project property in a Stockholm suburb

TM & Partners has assisted OBOS in the acquisition of building rights at Träkvista Torg on Ekerö, a suburb to Stockholm, from TryggHem. The acquisition is part of OBOS’ continued expansion in Sweden and encompasses building rights which allows for the development of approximately 130 apartments in various sizes with construction planned to start in autumn 2022. TM & Partners has assisted Citycon in the sale of three shopping centres in Tumba, Högdalen and Fruängen in Stockholm to Niam. The total area comprises approx. 57,000 sq. m. and the purchase price is approx. SEK 1,500 million.

TM & Partners has assisted Arwidsro in its acquisition of the property Skurup Akka 4, located in Skurups handelsplats, from TAM Retail AB. TAM Retail will build a Willys store on the property with a planned opening in late 2021 and the transaction will be consummated in connection with the opening. TM & Partners has assisted KF fastigheter in the sale of the commercial property Sjötelegrafen in Nynäshamn to Elisby Fastigheter

TM & Partners har biträtt KF Fastigheter vid försäljningen av handelsfastigheten Sjötelegrafen i Nynäshamn till Elisby Fastigheter. Sjötelegrafen har en uthyrbar yta på 30 500 kvm och rymmer ett stadsdelscentrum och ett kontorshotell.

TM & Partners has assisted Magnolia Bostad in the formation of a new extensive joint venture with Heimstaden Bostad and Derome

TM & Partners has assisted Magnolia Bostad in the process of entering into agreements with Heimstaden Bostad regarding a joint development of residential buildings in the area close to Hede Station in Kungsbacka. The project comprises approximately 1,600 apartments with a combined area of approximately 100,000 square meters. Derome is the seller. In connection with the aforementioned transaction, Magnolia Bostad AB, Heimstaden AB and Derome have entered into a joint venture to develop and construct around 1,500 single-family homes on land with existing and new building rights. The value of the projects upon completion is estimated to SEK several billion.

TM & Partners has assisted Magnolia in an acquisition of project property from Kilenkrysset

TM & Partners has assisted Magnolia Bostad in an indirect acquisition of parts of the property Kungsängen-Tibble 1:478, located in Upplands-Bro, from Kilenkrysset. Magnolia Bostad intends to develop approximately 400 housing units comprising a total of 43,000 sq.m. BTA, and thereby achieving a mixed area with housing units, small houses, and a preschool. The acquisition is conditional upon the zoning plan becoming legally binding, which is expected to take place during 2022. For more information, please see press release.
