TM & Partners has assisted Cibus Nordic Real Estate in connection with two acquisitions
TM & Partners has assisted Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) in connection with two separate acquisitions.
Cibus has acquired Charlottenberg trade park from från Concilia Retail Property AS and Skips AS Tudor. The trade park is located approx. 6 km from the Norwegian border with tenants such as ICA Sverige and Lidl. The purchase price amounts to EUR 28.3m. For more information, please see press release.
Cibus has also acquired a grocery store under construction in the Gothenburg area, with Willys as the sole tenant. The purchase price amounts to EUR 11.5m. For more information, please see press release.
