TM & Partners legal advisor to Samfastigheter i Norden in the purchase of several LSS properties

During the last couple of months, TM & Partners has advised Samfastigheter i Norden in five separate purchases of LSS properties around Sweden, with the focus on social infrastructure. The properties are situated in Timrå, Kungälv, Enköping, Bromma and the municipality of Ulricehamn.
