TM & Partners has assisted Vendus in connection to add-on acquisitions of MSEK 180

TM & Partners has advised Vendus Sweden AB in connection to four add-on acquisitions to an underlying property value of approx. MSEK 180. All of the acquired properties are retail properties, primarily oriented towards grocery retail.

Vendus Sweden AB was established by Venandi Fastigheter, MEL & ME Fastighet and Carnegie in March 2022. The company holds a property portfolio with an underlying property value of approx. MSEK 2,300.
