We have assisted Nivika in connection with negotiating and conclusion of a green triple net commercial lease agreement with Rosti regarding the construction of industrial premises

We have assisted Nivika Fastigheter AB (publ) in connection with negotiating and conclusion of a green commercial lease agreement with Rosti GP AB (a group company owned by Nordstjernan AB). The lease agreement is concluded for an initial lease term of 15 years. Groundworks have commenced and the commencement date is planned for September 2026 after the facility has been constructed.
