We have assisted Peab Projektutveckling in connection with the sale and construction of 221 rental apartments in Partille for SEK 530 million

We have assisted Peab Projektutveckling AB in connection with the sale of 221 rental apartments in the growing residential neighbourhood Partille Port to Lansa Fastigheter AB for a price of SEK 530 million. Closing will take place in connection with the start of production and the first occupancy is expected in 2028.  Partille Port, situated 15 minutes from the centre of Gothenburg, is a modern residential neighbourhood where Peab develops around 1,200 homes and 14,000 square metres of retail.
