TM & Partners has advised CombinedX AB in connection with the divestment of Enqore
TM & Partners has advised CombinedX AB (publ) in connection with the divestment of Enqore AB to Engage Group. The purchase price amounts to SEK 70 million in cash on a cash and debt-free basis. The divestment is a result of CombinedX’s ongoing strategic review.
Enqore was established in January 2026 through the merger of CombinedX’s two subsidiaries, Absfront and Two and has approximately 75 employees.
Engage Group is a rapidly growing group of specialists within Microsoft Business Applications. Through the acquisition, the group strengthens its offering within Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Data & Analytics, Integration and Change Management, as well as its position as a Microsoft partner in the Nordic market.
