We have assisted Unobo in connection with the sale of a prime residential property
We have assisted Unobo in connection with the sale of the property Guldgubben 1 in Helsingborg to Resinova.
The agreed property value amounts to SEK 197 million. The property, located near Maria station in northern Helsingborg, was constructed in 2020. It consists of 95 apartments with 4,846 square meters of usable area, in addition to a share of a garage.
“Guldgubben is a newly constructed property in a prime location, which enabled a mutually beneficial deal. Through this transaction, we are strengthening Unobo’s financial position and freeing up capital to invest in our existing portfolio, both in Helsingborg and in our 14 other locations throughout Sweden.” says Carl-Johan Hansson, CEO of Unobo.
