We have assisted Södervidden Fastigheter

We have assisted Södervidden Fastigheter in the sale of 77,000 square meters of land in prime logistics location in Åstorp, outside of Helsingborg, to Panattoni for the construction of logistics and industrial buildings comprising approximately 46,000 square meters. The construction of the project is planned to commence in June this year. In September 2024 it is estimated that the project will be completed.
