We have assisted Vendus in two separate acquisitions of retail properties

We have assisted Vendus Sweden AB (publ) in two separate acquisitions of retail properties.

The first acquisition concerns the properties Töcksmarks Stom 3:3, 3:15, 3:16 and 3:17 in Årjäng, comprising main parts of the cross-border retail park Töcksfors Handelspark. The retail park boasts a strategic location along the E18 highway, only 90 kilometres from Oslo.

The second acquisition concerns the property Sävar 10:59 in Umeå Municipality, comprising grocery retail and other services. The property is part of the local city centre in Sävar, a smaller community located in the vicinity of Umeå.
