TM & Partners has assisted SBB in connection with the negotiation of a 15-year lease agreement with the City of Stockholm. The property is situated on Södermalm, Stockholm. The City of Stockholm has operated care and nursing services on the property for just over 25 years. The lease includes both residential units and common areas, totalling approximately 6,000 square meters.
