TM & Partners has advised Colive AB in connection with the acquisition of a portfolio of hotel units from Forenom. The acquisition is structured as a transfer of business and comprises hotel units in Sweden.

As a result of the acquisition, Colive is launching an entirely new hybrid concept combining hotel accommodation with community-based and flexible living environments. The acquisition is an important step in Colive’s continued expansion within flexible urban living and strengthens the company’s position as a leading community-living operator in the Nordics.
