TM & Partners has advised Lantmännen ek för in connection with the acquisition of Leipurin from Aspo Plc. Leipurin is a leading Nordic supplier of ingredients to bakeries and the wider food industry with operations in Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Through the acquisition, Lantmännen strengthens its position in the food ingredients sector. The transaction, which is subject to approval by the relevant authorities, is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2026.

We have assisted Lantmännen ek för in connection with the signing of an agreement regarding the sale of Scandbio AB to LEAG Group.

Scandbio AB is a producer of fuel pellets, used for heating private households and as an energy source for companies, municipalities and industry. The company has production facilities in five locations in Sweden and one in Latvia, with sales mainly in Sweden, Latvia and Denmark. LEAG Group is a leading actor within European energy production.

The transaction is subject to approval by the relevant authorities and is expected to be completed later this year.

We advised Team Olivia in connection with the sale of Team Olivia’s Norwegian operation to Humana. The operation, which in the transaction is valued at SEK 341 million on a cash and debt free basis, provides services to appr. 1,000 customers and employs appr. 2,000 employees, with annual sales of appr. SEK 910 million.

The transaction is subject to customary conditions and approvals and is expected to close in Q2 2024.
