TM & Partners has advised Priveq in connection with the acquisition of Sensec AB, a leading full-service provider of high-security solutions within critical infrastructure in Sweden and Norway. The acquisition comprises Sensec AB and its subsidiaries.
Sensec has established itself as a key player in technical security solutions for, among others, airports, customs, police, the judiciary, and other stakeholders with high security requirements. In 2025, the company’s revenue amounted to approximately SEK 170 million, and it has recently secured significant public procurements in the Norwegian market.
