Törngren Magnell has advised SaltX Technology Holding AB (publ) in connection to the merger with SunCool AB

Törngren Magnell has advised SaltX Technology Holding AB (publ) (“SaltX”) in connection to the merger between SaltX and SunCool AB (“SunCool”). The merger was carried out through an absorption where SaltX absorbed SunCool. The merger consideration to SunCool’s shareholders was paid in form of issued shares in SaltX. SaltX is listed on Nasdaq First North.
