TM & Partners has assisted Vendus in their acquisition of four grocery retail properties for SEK 170 million

TM & Partners has assisted Vendus Sweden AB (publ) in connection with their acquisition and financing of four grocery retail properties with a combined underlying property value of approximately SEK 170 million. The properties are located in Vilhelmina, Munkedal, Älmhult and Ekerö.

The properties boast a rental income deriving almost entirely from grocery retail, with well-established grocery retailers such as Coop, Hemköp and ICA as main tenants. The acquisitions complement the larger portfolio transaction that Vendus completed earlier in June, when the company acquired properties from ICA Fastigheter and Trecore Fastigheter.

Following the combined acquisitions, Vendus’ total underlying property value amounts to approximately SEK 6.5 billion, with an economic occupancy rate of approximately 98 percent.

TM & Partners has assisted Qben Infra AB (publ) in connection with their subsidiary Qben Construction AB’s divestment of Kvalitetsbygg R AB and Kvalitetsgruppen R Fastigheter AB through a management buy-out procedure.

Kvalitetsbygg R AB and Kvalitetsgruppen R Fastigheter AB provides civil engineering, construction and renovation services within both residential and commercial real estate in the Swedish market. The buyer is Kvalitetsprojekt 2.0 Holding AB.
