TM & Partners has Advised Färna Invest in Connection with the Acquisition of Indiska

TM & Partners has advised Färna Invest AB, an investment company founded and owned by Gerald Engström, in connection with the acquisition of all assets and rights from Indiska Magasinet AB bankruptcy estate through the newly formed company Indiska 1901 AB. Indiska offers home furnishings, clothing and accessories and operates in Sweden, Norway and Finland.

TM & Partners’ team consisted mainly of the Partners Jens Haneklint, Johan Wigh and Anna Jerndorf, the Senior Associate Amela Balijaj, and the Associates Jacob Elovsson Hultin, Carl Östlund, Matilda Andersson and Philip Bihl.
