Ammar Khan primarily advises on private M&A transactions, representing industrial companies, financial investors, entrepreneurs and founders in connection with acquisitions and disposals of companies and businesses. He has extensive experience from transactions across a broad range of industries, with particular experience of transactions involving founder-led companies.
Ammar has more than a decade of experience from leading business law firms and most recently held a senior role at an investment group, where he focused on the group’s M&A activities. His experience from both private practice and the investment side gives him a broad commercial perspective on transactions. Ammar has also been recognised as a “Rising Star” by Legal 500 in the Commercial, Corporate and M&A category.
