TM & Partners has advised Norvestor’s portfolio company Tyro Group in connection with the acquisition of AntiAvem AB, a company based in Västerås specialised in preventive and humane bird management. AntiAvem supports a broad customer base with solutions for managing and preventing bird-related challenges such as contamination, property damage, and operational disruptions. The company is known for its tailored solutions that combine technical expertise with modern technologies, such as laser-based deterrent systems and advanced bird protection methods.

Tyro Group is a leading European provider of pest control and hygiene solutions, with operations in eight countries. Through the acquisition, Tyro Group strengthens its presence in Sweden and its ability to deliver specialised and high-quality pest control services.
