TM & Partners has advised CombinedX in connection with the sale of Netgain

TM & Partners has advised CombinedX AB (publ) in connection with the sale of its wholly owned subsidiary Netgain AB to NTT Data Business Solutions. The purchase price amounted to SEK 107 million on a cash and debt-free basis..

Netgain is one of Sweden’s leading specialist companies within ServiceNow. The company was founded in 2008 and became part of CombinedX in 2013. In the financial year 2025, Netgain reported a revenue of SEK 97.

NTT Data Business Solutions is one of ServiceNow’s leading global strategic partners. In 2025, NTT Data Business Solutions acquired The Cloud People, one of Europe’s leading pure-play ServiceNow partners, with which Netgain will work closely.
