Kvalitetsbygg R AB and Kvalitetsgruppen R Fastigheter AB provides civil engineering, construction and renovation services within both residential and commercial real estate in the Swedish market. The buyer is Kvalitetsprojekt 2.0 Holding AB.

We have  assisted SEB’s fund Domestica V in connection with the indirect acquisition of three properties in Örebro municipality for mainly residential purposes, including a separate parking garage, from Sveaviken Bostad AB. The properties and the parking garage were acquired indirectly through three different limited companies. The properties together comprise 274 apartments with a lettable area of ​​11,650 sqm, of which 98 sqm is a commercial premises, as well as the separate parking garage with 161 spaces.

KF Fastigheter has sold 50 percent of the shares in Bro Mälarstrand Bostad AB (JV-company) to Magnolia Bostad. In Bro Mälarstrand, the JV‑company plans to build approximately 950 residentials of varying character with terrace houses, detached houses and multi-family residentials.
