Törngren Magnell has advised SBB i Norden in connection with its offering of senior unsecured and guaranteed notes of SEK 1 billion, within a total issuance frame of SEK 1,5 billion

Törngren Magnell has advised SBB i Norden AB (SBB) in connection with its offering of senior unsecured and guaranteed notes of SEK 1 billion, within a total issuance frame of SEK 1,5 billion. The notes have a duration of 36 months and a floating interest rate of STIBOR 3M + 6,00 %. The notes are planned to be listed on the Nasdaq Stockholm exchange or any other regulated market.

“We see the strong investor interest, particularly from a number of major institutional investors, as further confirmation that our investment strategy on residential and public properties with strong cash flows is appreciated by the capital market.” says Ilija Batljan, CEO, SBB i Norden.
