Törngren Magnell has assisted in the sale of Stöd och Resurs to Ambea AB (publ)

Törngren Magnell has advised the owners of Curation Holding AB (“Stöd och Resurs”) in the sale of Stöd och Resurs to Nytida AB, which is a subsidiary of Ambea AB (publ). Stöd och Resurs is operating within health and social care (in accordance with LSS and SoL) in Stockholm and Västra Götaland. Stöd och Resurs, which was established in 1997, has about 145 employees and its turnover for the financial year 2016/2017 amounted to 127 MSEK.
