TM & Partners legal advisor to Infrea AB in connection with directed issue

Infrea AB (”Infrea”) has completed a directed issue of shares through an accelerated book building procedure, performed by Pareto Securites AB, raising approximately SEK 66.5 million before transaction costs.

Infrea offers products, services and maintenance within infrastructure and civil engineering. The operations are conducted within the business areas Groundworks and Water & Sewage. The business strategy is to acquire and develop companies with a clear business plan. Through dedicated leadership, Infrea is committed to increase growth and profitability.

TM & Partners acted as legal advisor to Infrea in connection with the directed issue. TM & Partners’ team consisted of Johan Wigh (partner), Hanna Hillgren (associate) and Bianca Karlberg (associate). Pareto Securities AB acted as Sole Manager and Bookrunner in connection with the directed issue.
