We have advised Arcario AB in connection with the acquisition of all shares in the Norwegian company Vanir Finance AS.

In connection with the acquisition, a directed shares issue was completed through which Arcario received proceeds of SEK 7.5 million.

Arcario is an industrial investment company focused on the financial market, with a wide range of solutions within the digital asset space.
