TM & Partners acts as legal advisor to Jetpak Top Holding AB (publ) (“Jetpak”) in connection with the cash mandatory offer from Pak Logistik Intressenter AB and the voluntary cash offer from Notalp Logistik AB for all shares in Jetpak.

The mandatory offer values all outstanding shares in Jetpak to approximately SEK 1.1 billion and the voluntary cash offer values all outstanding shares in Jetpak to approximately SEK 1.2 billion.
