TM & Partners has advised SaltX in connection with directed share issues

TM & Partners has advised SaltX Technology Holding AB (publ) in connection with a private placement of new shares of approximately SEK 49 million to external investors and a set-off issue of shares of approximately SEK 22 million to existing shareholders.

SaltX is a Swedish greentech company that operates in the electrification of emission-intensive industries, such as the lime and cement sectors. SaltX’s shares are listed on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market.
