Törngren Magnell has assisted Europa Capital and NCAP in the purchase of an office building in central Stockholm

Törngren Magnell has assisted Europa Capital, the pan-European real estate investment manager which since its formation in 1995, has committed to over 130 transactions across 20 European countries, in partnership with NCAP, the Nordic asset manager, in the purchase of the office building Brädstapeln 13 in central Stockholm from Gamla Livförsäkringsaktiebolaget SEB Trygg Liv.
