Törngren Magnell has assisted QQM Fund Management in connection with the launch of a new fund structure

Törngren Magnell has assisted QQM Fund Management AB in connection with the launch of a new fund structure, which has included the establishment of two new feeder funds and a new master fund as well as the conversion of an existing fund into a feeder fund. The new structure, including three feeder funds and a master fund, means that QQM Fund Management AB is able to offer its investment strategy hedged in different base currencies in a cost effective way, which improves the prospects for increasing the assets managed. QQM Fund Management AB is a Swedish manager of alternative investment funds, which is supervised by the SFSA. Törngren Magnell’s team was led by Johan Wigh (partner) and included Petar Bojovic (associate).
