TM & Partners legal advisor to The Hans and Barbara Bergstrom Foundation in connection with Paradigm Capital’s Public Offer for Internationella Engelska Skolan

TM & Partners advised The Hans and Barbara Bergstrom Foundation in connection with the mandatory public cash offer for Internationella Engelska Skolan i Sverige Holdings II AB (“IES”) made by a consortium led by Paradigm Capital Value Fund SICAV and the joint acquisition vehicle Peutinger. The offer values IES at approximately SEK 3.1 billion. IES, founded by Barbara Bergström, is one of the leading free school operators in Sweden with some 28,000 students at 39 schools in Sweden and 4,600 students in seven schools in Spain.
