We advise our clients in the full spectrum of IT-related matters, such as contracts within the fields of development, maintenance and support of applications, infrastructure service, cloud services, outsourcing, data protection and privacy (GDPR), commercialisation of intellectual rights and use of open source. We draft and review IT contracts and provide assistance in negotiations, licensing audits, dispute resolutions and digitalisation projects as well as provide strategic advice.
We have vast experience in all forms of complex IT related deals and the law relating to the latest IT trends, such as IoT, Agile, AI and SIAM. We keep us updated and are both constructive as well as commercial. We have an understanding in the technology and are able to place the deal in its proper legal context. We simply have the knowledge required to secure a successful IT deal.
We also assist our clients in identifying and protect their intellectual property. We assist our clients with e.g. trademark-, design- and domain name applications, assignment and license agreements, managing of trademark portfolios and due diligence in relation to transactions.
