Törngren Magnell assisted the owners of Signal Processing Devices Sweden AB, a leader in the design and development of high performance analogue-to-digital processing technology, in connection with its sale to e2v Technologies plc, a provider of innovative technology for high performance systems and equipment and listed on the London Stock Exchange.

Acuity Advisors Limited were the sellers corporate finance advisors in the transaction.
