TM & Partners has advised Aprendere Skolor AB (publ) in connection with the listing of the company’s shares on Nasdaq First North Growth Market that commenced on 28 September 2021.

Aprendere Skolor is an independent operator that, through its parent company and its subsidiaries, conducts a total of 11 activities within elementary school, elementary special school, upper secondary special school, upper secondary school and HVB residential care homes including elementary school. Aprendere Skolor was founded in 2008 by the brothers Lars Tunberg and Carl Tunberg. Aprendere Skolor currently has almost 900 students and 240 employees. Most of the schools are located in Stockholm County and the surrounding area.
